That in my diet makes me gain weight? I'm going grocery shopping every Sunday. Every week, I eat breakfast and lunch very well all week and then I cook three different dinners a week and eat leftovers all other night.Then I weigh myself every Monday to record changes in weight .
I did this for years ... always been a fairly healthy eater with a very healthy weight, but last Monday, I weighed at 6 pounds heavier than I did the previous week. And I felt. All my clothes are tight and I feel all jiggly.
For breakfast I had 1 / 2 C k special wa granola 1 / 4 C light soy milk and half a banana
I snack for half orange/1/2 Apple / 3 strawberries
lunch I had 1 / 4 c chicken curry salad with mayonnaise, soy, shredded carrots, alfalfa sprouts, 1 / 2 c. tsp light soy sauce, red pepper, a lettuce wrap with 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts on the side and a 4 oz Dannon Light n good.
I had dinner
3 / 4 cup seafood okra gumbo with 1 / 2 c of brown rice and a salad of arugula with lemon juice
1 cup three bean chili with corn bread low whole milk
grilled chicken parm with homemade sauce, 1 / 2 slice reduced fat cheese, 1 / 2 c whole grain pasta, and 1-2 cups of romaine lettuce with tomatoes, carrots, and balsamic vinegar
Three nights of the week I am cup nonfat yogurt with frozen strawberries kiddie
few days I had a bag of popcorn 100 calories
Why would it make me gain 6 pounds??
I just do my time but I never gain weight from that.
I do not know but I have a good diet or two.
Fast Break - half a bagel with 2 slices cooked bacon 2 small tomatoes + glass of orange juice
Lunch - Chicken Salad Wraps 2
Dinner - a bowl of porrage
snack - a scone with cream "and Fraich blue berries (one snack allowed)
for the first two days you gain weight, but after you lose wieght.
Or try the Miami Heart system (one with hot dogs), because with him I lose weight.
Certainly the weight of water. Do not worry now. Maybe your diet has too much sodium and takes in water. Cut out the salty things
