Can I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey protein to lose weight? I read online about the use of whey for weight loss. I bought the Super Advanced Whey Council fortress and it says in the tin printing even on the bottom do not use for weight reduction. I use the whey to supplement the breakfast and lunch and eating healthy snacks .... TIA

No isn't whey protein for weight loss, his gain muscle. All it is is the protein powder, it has no weight loss properties. It does not work the nutrients needed to be a meal replacement.
