Are there dangers of whey protein? eg stunted'm 15 and 5.7 "but I would go to 6" and building my muscles. whey will help any other advice
It will not help you at the height of good eating habits will do.
The problem with proteins in general is that overdose may cause kidney failure future because of excessive demands. The excretion of more calcium can put you at risk for osteoporosis.
As long as you're not doing too much, you'll be fine. Incidentally, do not become addicted to believe you need creatine and other products. You're too young for that. Your body has many nutrients available with just a normal diet. I recommend that biotin, because it will help.
And for protein, go with the best whey before and after training. You do not need other ingredients to help you who are in higher-priced products at your age. and skimmed milk or cheese 4 oz low-fat cottage directly before going to bed with a handful of nuts or a spoonful of peanut butter tbl.

Most people, athletes and lifters included, get more than enough protein in their normal diet.
