Warts - Know what they are and say goodbye Warts - Know what they are and say goodbye
Warts that are on the skin are called common warts, and they are local growths in the skin that are caused by human papilloma virus, which is the same virus that causes cervical cancer of the uterus in women. There were more than 100 types of HPV that have been associated with warts that are on the skin.
It is generally cautioned that warts are contagious, but it is very possible for one family member to have. They may also simply use part of the body, like feet, hands, or various other areas, not spread to other parts of the body at any time.
Warts can also come in forms quite unique. For example, a person may develop warts on the face that are shaped like a horseshoe. They can also develop on the lips and in the corner of the mouth. Warts affect anyone, but they are more frequent among children aged 12-16. An estimated 10% of the general population has warts, with 20% of those in the condition of school. Those who have HIV, chemotherapy, or organ transplants may also be more susceptible to warts. This is because their immune system was weakened.
The different types of warts and what they look like
There are five different types of warts. These types include:
aec The dome-shaped warts that you can find on the backs of the fingers, toes, and knees. These are the most common warts and are usually painless. These are warts that are easy to ignore if they are not in a place where they can easily be seen.
aec Plantar warts, which is located on the underside of the foot. They are different from those of other types of warts in that they are flat and they cause a relentless build. The pitiless must be removed before the actual wart can be seen. It is believed that these warts attack the blood vessels that are deep in the skin and can be very painful.
aec Flat warts can appear on the face, legs and other body parts. They also tend to appear in great numbers. You will not find one in a particular area. They like to have friends, you will find them in clusters, which may make them more visible and more irritating.
aec Warts Periungual warts are those found under or around the fingers and toes. These can be irritating and easily cut or pinched, making them painful.
aec filiform warts look like a single long stem. It usually appears on the face. This is one of a kind of warts that are difficult to hide. This can make a person shy away from others in a social environment. This can be especially difficult for students who need to be visible to other children.
The facts and symptoms of warts
Symptoms of common warts are quite obvious. The bumps are small, fleshy, and grainy. They can also be pink, white or beige and rough to the touch. You may notice a single wart or you may notice that the warts appear in clusters. If they are cut or picked, small black spots may appear. They are commonly called "seed wart." Wart seeds are indeed very small blood vessels are coagulated. They really should not be taken off or the fact that common warts are usually painless and they inflict children and young adults the most.
An interesting fact about warts is that they spread, but they spread because HPV is transmitted through the wart is compromised. Therefore more warts tend to grow around the original wart. It is ideal for doing what is necessary to prevent the spread of HPV, taking particular care areas that are affected by warts. This issue is discussed later in this article.
