washboard abs is what we all dream lovers fitness. We go to the gym every day, follow the fad diets all there and also invest heavily in weight loss supplements. But still, some how, most of us do not get the results we want. DCP weight loss tips too often and there are just garbage.

But there is a regime that is not all rubbish. I dare say because I have personally tried and tested. It worked like magic. In one month, I lost 6 pounds of body fat. I do not like people say about this figure, but as far as I'm concerned, there are a lot of fat there. Imagine only six pounds of meat slamming on the table. There is a lot.

This scheme is a very convenient and safe. It works similarly like the South Beach Diet and the Atkins diet, but the only difference here is that the phase of low-carb is only for five days and the weekend is free time eating ! Sounds good right? The days of free spirit gives a mental break and this is important because you want a fat loss that can support and sustain not just a diet where you lose 5 pounds and gain six pounds back on.

The basis of this scheme is very simple, you have to go on a diet low in carbohydrates for 5 days then two days of rest. What will happen is that ketosis will be held on the second or third day of the first five days. The body uses the sugar in the body during the first or second day. Ketosis is a stage where your body uses fat as the main source of energy because of the presence of ketones in the body. Great right?

Since your body is so low in carbohydrates, when you start the loading phase, Saturdays and Sundays, you, the muscle will be super charged because your body will absorb and abnormal amount of carbohydrate in your muscles. It's like an effect of overeating.
Then when you come back and exercise in the gym next Monday, you will feel stronger than ever and swollen like never before. Believe me, you will never regret trying it.

During your period of low-carb, you're not allowed to have more carbohydrates than 20 grams per day. Very little, actually. An apple is already about 30 grams of carbohydrates. Thus, there is literally no carbohydrates at all. Your goal is to eat lots of vegetables except carrots, eat lots of meat as thin as chicken, pork, mutton and beef, and eat lots of egg white and fish. You can also use mayonnaise, cheese and olive oil and butter. Just be careful of hidden carbs in these foods. Drink plenty of water.

You can not eat fruit, snacks at all. You can forget the candy and sugar. Drink tea without sugar and coffee. For example, for breakfast, eat two whole eggs, 3 slices of bacon and a cup of coffee without sugar. Later for lunch, eat a piece of chicken thigh roasted and not fried, a big bowl of carrots and salad without mayonnaise. For lunch, take a piece of steak and broccoli. Do not use sugar in the sauce. For lunch, take a handful of protein powder that is low in carbohydrates and dinner, a salmon steak, stir fried mixed vegetables with olive oil.

Then, for Saturday and Sunday, crazy! Eat all the food and feed your heart desire. This is very important to give your mind a break, so when you return on Monday, you'll be so sick of junk food that you want the power back on! This is the junk food that you eat on the weekend would not be absorbed anyway. Your muscles will be so great that you would be charged higher on your workouts and more energy on your cardio. In this way, you can beat the threshold of your muscles and get results. You must try it to believe it, get your abs like I did naturally and safely.
