Best way to overcome fatigue during the day? Other than coffee, beverages, etc. sugar energy? Try to find a way to keep physically busy when you start to feel free to come and disappoint. Its a bit like the way many people feel lethargic in the morning when they first tried to start. Once they get up and move and take a shower, they have a renewed energy.
Get your proper rest at night ..
6-8 hours of sleep needed to function properly.
More high-fiber foods, like oatmeal, and complex carbohydrates. They take longer to digest, providing long stream of energy, not a burst.
The best way is to get enough sleep at night.
But if you have yourself low on sleep, food, drink plenty of water and eat healthily.
If your house to take a cold (and I mean freezing) shower. If your school / work laughter is the best way. Moreover, it is more fun life. and play a joke on someone.
actually help to cut the sugar to the fight against fatigue. Try high-protein snacks, cheese, dried beef sticks, etc. Power nap if possible. Getting a good night's sleep!
Exercise ... its refreshing and energizing, especially when you work really intense, and then take a refreshing shower, shortly after .... awesome!
Lie down for 5 minutes with wet tea bags on your eyes, self-hypnosis, or wash your feet with a foot scrub that has mint or eucalyptus and give you a quick massage foot.
Do something. Im serious if u are sitting around u will feel tired. but if ur and are then used Somin u feel tired. and depends wut ur done. but if I'm like mowing the lawn or do little things around the house im not tired. Now, if its rainy and I do not do something I get tired.
I personally like energy drinks. AMP is the best. it does not taste terrible and it doesn't have a huge uhh (I forget his name but wut dissipates when caffeine) Rockstar and some others are even worse.

u could suffer from a lack of vitamins .. get fruit / vegetables / folic acid, iron-B12 (meat) and I think ull be pretty active ..
also try sleeping well (try 8-9 hours per day) in a quiet, comfortable bed
