Soda Acne

soda cause acne or is it just a myth?

Depends on your body ... sugar. But each person is different, I get acne from chocolate and too much oil. Everyone is different.

Acne is caused by hormones.

it really depends on your body if soda causes acne or not. Caffeine and sugar are both to give people know if their body acne, it processes the way it causes acne.
not really is not a myth, the entire gene pool of people in place who will decided if the soda acne person.
So if you have acne then try not to drink soda for three weeks and see if your skin clears or not, that will tell you whether it is soda or not.
