Silent Snore

Posted on March 20, 2010.
Silent SnoreDo you hate it when people around you snore when you try to sleep, or you snore?

I think that everybody snores snoring but quiet and there are people who snore like elephants. I can not sleep with the noise (at all), even if it's a singing cricket or small drops of water.

I hate when people snore is because her boyfriend embarrassing my snoring, but when he did i kick off the bed

Yep, I'm like you - a very light sleeper who is sensitive to all sorts of unusual sounds. But absolute quiet does not work for me ... ever, probably because there is always some noise that occurs even if a piece is essentially calm.

Here are the most useful advice I can give you: buy a fan and run it near the head of your bed all night. It prevents air circulation and white noise of the fan will stifle other sounds and help you sleep better. If you do not have a fan, a clock radio set to static - it produces the same effect and you can adjust the volume.

I love to travel, but I hate having to stay in hotel rooms unless I put a portable fan to screen sounds. I had a terrible experience when a group of friends went to another town for a concert and I had to share a bed with a snorer!

I also have a sleep mask to block light and earplugs to help if my husband snoring - but I do not need to use every night.

I hope you try my advice, and I hope it works for you!

Yeh - I know what you are talking about - I used to snore - it's really frustrating and caused problems all TYPS for me.

He also used to damage my sleep.

I have tried everythign under the sun to fix it - bands nasal - nasal spray - everything - you name it.

Then I came across this product called Slumber Guard - he was guaranteed - so I tried - it works and I have not returned since.

Snoring can be a sign that the person has a medical problem and may need to consult a doctor. I know someone who is snoring in their sleep is tired all the time and after seeing a doctor discovered they had a sleep disorder. Their air passage was the collapse of their sleep and they leave the breathing and therefore now have to sleep with a machine that forces air into their airways to prevent them from dying in their sleep.
And yes dist-snoring people Rubes sleep, but think how it affects snoring?

my man loves to cuddle in his sleep. He snores so bad, I do not know how his throat is not bad in the morning. I turn on the fan and TV. I do not think I still snore. I wake up if I do. If I did not at least the fan, I'm watching infomercials all night, contemplating the purchase foreclosed or government property seized.

Try a little weight exercise can take a hot bath an hour before bedtime. It is a wonderful way to relax your body and make it ready for sleep. It works for me, but I ended up snoring!

Snoring is so boring! I used my iPod with me and listen to it when there are noises disracting when Im trying to sleep.

yeah
whenever
someone snores
around me, I just
a bucket of water and pores on

I just put in earplugs. You do not hear anything then.

I don `t snore but I` v heard snoring people and it's really annoying.
