What exercise and sport for rheumatoid arthritis?
I was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis.I have developed the disease since I was 11.At first, I can not walk. After two years, I have recovered and since then I have been healthy. Now 23/male/married/1 child. However am when I had to record again, I was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis and again the doctor said my lungs were not very good and I had cholesterol level, even if I lean.Is because I eat lots of eggs? So I was doing exercises eveyday far to get rid of not only cholesterol and rheumatoid arthritis as well.
I do not want to take many drugs with harmful side effects.
I prefer to avoid foods that are bad for rheumatoid arthritis and taking medicines.
And I'm perfectly willing to make exercise and sports instead of taking drugs.
What sport for rheumatoid arthritis?

I was diagnosed in an emergency room, so this is all very new to me. Right or wrong foods can cause flare-ups of rheumatoid arthritis? Flag

eating "a lot" of eggs is bad for cholesterol. Eat only egg whites. 23! so young. Doing exactly what your doctor says. If you need to take drugs.
Many have inherited cholersterol high and you can not diet away, you need the Mediterranean. Ask Dr. Food to eat or avoid.

I was in the same boat, diagnosed at 12. Avoid coffee and alcohol and go swimming as often as possible. I do any of them and I'm fine but that's what my doctor has been telling me for twenty years. Anyway, "illegitimus non Carborundum" and avoid lettuce.

If you are not taking DMARDs (disease modifying drugs anti rhuematic) RA causes crippling joint damage. You should really research or lead to the disease will progress. You might be facing a joint replacement surgery of the road. I saw it on TV, it seems very painful. Best wishes to you what you decide to do so.
