Any anti-depressants without sexual side effects? I know there Effexor, Remeron, Buspar, Trazodone, Wellbutrin, and reboxetine CYMBALTA.
What are your experiences with these drugs?
I am a woman, so women must meet
Thank you:)
Nope. All anti-depressants on the earth, even non-typical, can have sexual side effects. For you personally? Some others do not. You do not really know until you try.
Psych drugs in general tend to have a laundry list of absolute side effects. If your depression is not too serious, you might want to give St. John's Wort a try. It worked very well for my boyfriend when he went through depressive episodes (I have not tried it myself that I'm bipolar, and it can trigger mania in bipolar).
However, if your depression is severe, or crisis, and you really feel you need to kick drugs, he's really just a matter of trial and error.
No sexual side effects? Prolly not ...
Celexa and / or Lexapro. They are very similar to each other, but have fewer sexual side effects. GOOD LUCK and I mean that.
I'm on Wellbutrin and sexual side effects alone, I have noticed is the desire to have increased sex.But this is not a bad thing! lol
