Posted on February 7, 2010.
Physical UrticariaPhysical urticaria and solar urticaria?

What can I do to help my condition? I'm already taking medication allergies. I developed a physical urticaria and solar energy about a year and a half since ive bin hiding in the house of the sun as much as posible. I can not even take a warm shower or brake my whole body hives i cannot be in direct sunlight for more than ten or hives my whole body twinks i cannot even walk slowly three quarters of a mile in the dark on a cool night with the stars erupt in hives body. i cannot walk into a building to heat on or off pause i Im on the right Zyrtec now Ive tryed No drugs around the alergies theres only 2 cons that the two work to some extent but they dont depend too much help IVE bin perscribed few but they dont work eather. Im only 18 and I need to be able to obtain employment in one way or there's something I can do. I cannot work outside in the sun or indoors because people turn on the fire. What can I do to help my condiction. My doctor diegnosted me she didn't give me medicine or talk to me about what I said.

I sympathize with you. I had hives for 10 years and not quite severe, but it changes lives in many ways.
There are several things you should look. Firstly, the doctor situation. You must make an appointment with an allergist and get as soon as possible. They are the doctors most likely to find a combination of medicine that works for you. You may need to take two different control yours.
I'll tell you what worked for me to end my hives and allow me to return to a normal life. I went on a gluten-free diet and after about two months, the hives are gone and I was able to stop all my medications and have been gluten free hive almost 7 years now. The gluten-free diet works for about 10 percent of hives is my estimate. Gluten is found in wheat, rye and barley, and things made of them.
Things you must do before going on a gluten-free diet is to get your doctor to test for celiac disease. This is done with blood tests and, possibly, and review endocscopic. After the test, if positive to a gluten free diet. If the test is negative, go on a gluten-free diet trial for about three months and see if the hives disappear. This will exclude non-celiac gluten intolerance allergy to wheat gluten.
The best way to start a gluten-free diet is to start eating fruits and vegetables, unprocessed meat, fish, poultry, eggs and cheese. Add the potatoes and rice starches. Stay away from sauces and dressings business and everything that has an ingredient on the label that you do not know what it is and where it comes from.
The third thing you can start trying to find a job you can work at home in. things like call centers and things like that may work to jobs at home. This will be the hardest part.

It's a long answer, and if you have any questions, contact me through answers. Good luck!

he raised his eyes - an eruption of physical chemistry could be touching or something and solar energy courses from the sun to get a herbal / holistic book $ 10.00 Barnes and Noble on whole body like soap or cream or sheets said needle-eruption could be shingles? Get a new doctor first off lol! Go to a dermatologist as PDQ. :)
