Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil

I just got a little fish oil liquid, pharmaceutical grade, and has not noticed some small print on the bottle "Refrigerate after opening, until today. I was holding the fish oil in a cuppord for about three days and take it without difficulty or incident.

Does anyone know if leaving the bottle without refrigeration, for that lapse of time, would make the oil unhealthy or less effective when taken?
