Also would anyone know of a cream beads that do not have a bleaching agent and can be shipped to the U.S.?

Pearl powder itself is a bleaching agent. Most people use pearl powder to reduce sun spots, age spots, etc. .. It will nevertheless not bleach your skin in a way that if you are a person of color that would affect all the color of your skin, if that is your concern.

Note also that we use real pearls saltwater. Most creams pearls come from freshwater pearls in polluted waters such as China and not the natural benefits of ocean waters.
