Has anyone heard of naturalcures.com, and they are on the level? I am interested in products from the site but cool I bought books and CDs for natural cures ... they provide information if you go to their site, but there is a fee of $ 9.95 per month that is charged to my credit card if I forget to cancel the first week free. Has anyone tried it? Thank you ... I seek special magnetic rings which are worn on the little fingers of each hand, night and other things that are recommended in the books ..... appreciate any input ....
I paid the fee. find stuff really well. After canceling, I was given as an additional year for free. Try earthclinic.com.
We bought the newsletters and yes there are some interesting things in there and some a little higher, I think. I have not heard of the ring magnets, but many buy a magnetic sleep system's largest provider of healthcare products in Japan and he helped my wife with his multiple sclerosis to wake up tired. A side effect is large, it has not been a push in the last 5 years we have been on it. She had MS for 16 years NOWS. Because of its results, we have done much research on alternatives for and would be happy to share if you want to be more precise.
No, but I will provide information on the muscles - below is specific to headache ... Muscles knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to put pressure on nerves and other things.
The pain may be referred to other places as the head.
# 1 The first thing is to take a couple of sips of molasses or eat a few bananas. They contain potassium and magnisium both muscles need.
# 2 water supply, it should be 1 / 2 gallons minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis compares a body begins to run out of water for a car traveling at low on oil (the engine may be seized).
Find a good (Deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on his back, shoulders and neck. Make sure the button down until the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or scratch lightly all over your head. You can reach spots that are the trigger points are tender. The idea is to rub in the 6-12 times per session up to six times a day until they disappear.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
