I inherited high BP two of my parents, but does not like what drugs do to me ... BP I tried several years, none of them worked and the side effects were terrible.

I will now take garlic pills (or cook with fresh garlic) and a dye habanero, my herbalist told me to do at home. I also put a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in fresh yogurt daily. I am happy to say that I have high BP! I always followed low-sodium food because I grew up like that ... but yes, cutting back on anything in a box, bag or box (which all contain high levels of sodium) will help.

Drink plenty of water ... the more water you drink, the less water you retain. Dandelion tea I sometimes drink, which is excellent to help you do not hold water, but to be honest, the taste of tea as a butt! Am not joking .. My boss is 67 and he was diagnosed with high blood pressure big ... dangerously high. It did not take the pills as hypertension, because they do serious damage to the liver .. so .. He started taking garlic.
