Mens Vitamins

Posted on March 4, 2010.
Mens VitaminsIs it permissible for women to take vitamins lying?

I forgot to take my vitamins at home today, one of my friends has vitamins, but they are for men. Is it ok for me to take mens vitamins just for one day or it is not a good idea?

Ideally, you should be able to get all the nutrients your body needs a balanced diet of foods nonprocessed. Complete a diet deficient in the diet is sometimes necessary, but supplementation should not be used simply to give up nutritious foods. Natural sources of nutrients are preferable because they may contain nutrients important not to be made up elsewhere or not even identified.

"I recommend not to ingest anything in addition to a balanced diet for 12 months or so we'll have to get the MDC bacteria on the runway. Currently, I recommend stopping anything that might complicate the picture, and you concentrate on your shed
We do not recommend taking extra vitamins or minerals unless your diet is compromised because Th1 inflammation caused malabsorption or gastric intolerance to many foods.
Although nutritional supplements are very popular, there is no solid evidence that they contribute to the long-term health, reduce symptoms or cure chronic disease.

Yep, that's fine. It does contain some things that men may benefit more than women will.

Sure, no problem. Usually, they contain a little more zinc and B-12. It will not hurt a bit.

Yes, it's ok. You will not grow a beard or something.

Only if you share your vitamins with a friend! LOL. No harm will come to you ... Perhaps a little hair here and there, that's all LOL. You will be well!

My first reaction is "yes" ... but you should first read the ingrediants. Maybe ask your gynecologist.

I would not take it if I thought I or have been pregnant.
