Medicinal SpicesI heard that some spices are drugs. What are some spices or herbs and what are they?

Turmeric - anti-inflamtory
Cinnemon - helps regulate blood sugar
Fennel - reduces gas / bloating
parsley - acts as a diuretic
Garlic - antibiotic
Ginger - multiple uses, for the most good for the stomach and colds
Honey - healing the open wounds and burns
Mustard - breeze conjestion chest
pepper - opens sinuses


General Cold Remedy: Heat chicken broth with a slice of fresh ginger, a clove of garlic and dried chilli cayanne. Steam stock opens your mind, soothes the throat raw.
