Keloid Treatment

Hallo, can someone help me out there to get rid of my scars keloids? I tried
Kelocote-for 6 months, no improvement,
Bio-oil tried to improve zero,
Tried-elicitna-no improvement, t
Summer-on-triaminocilone injections no improvement.
Tried-zero Elicina
Tried-jamu products shop itself even

Has anyone tried something that really works. This is just a keloid on the chest, why is it so difficult to get rid of? Am my wits' end now. I have to wear tops that cover up to the neck, please if you really know a treatment that will end this thing for me please advise.
