Drink plenty of water, massage the back and neck. A small amount of caffiene something with it for a migraine. Avoid chocolate, oranges and sugar in excess.
Cold compresses on the eyes and laying in a dark room. If this does not work, I would try a hot shower and let the water run on the back of my neck until the pain subsided. The only thing that really worked for me is to drink tea (chamomile or something relaxing) Take a shower or a hot bath and go to sleep. If it's something chronic, so I'm not sure. Good luck!
I have things to mint scented called peace of mind that I rub on my temples and on the back of my neck. My husband took during my last pregnancy and it works great! He got a kind of natural health store in the shopping center called Origins.
plenty of water and a couple of pieces dark (or milk) chocolate should do the trick.
Hydration helps to widen blood vessels in your head that cause severe pain contract, and caffeine in chocolate really helps get rid of the pain.
Try some peppermint and lavender oil on a tissue and breathe what you can carry with you for you and / or rub a little into your temples.
