- Foods rich in complex carbohydrates such as bread, cereal, graham crackers, pretzels
- Apples or pulp or juice
- Banana
- Baked Potatoes
- Green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots
- Beans and lentils, such as green beans and peas
