Is there scientific evidence that glucosamine sulfate prevents asteoporosis beginning and evidence of arthritis? My surgion orthepedic advised me to take glucosamine sulphate for preventing osteoporosis. Is it effective? How should I take? Are there any side effects?
Do not believe it has much effect on osteoporosis, but it has benefits in osteoarthritis.
