Glucosamine Dosage

I give my Cavalier capsules of glucosamine, but someone told me that glucosamine and chondroitin wonders for a dog with defective seals (they also have a Cavalier). What strength and brute force you recommend these capsules for 13 kg rider?

Personally, I'd calla nd ask the vet how much should be given .. If you buy other is designed for dogs, then the bottle itself tell you how.

I do not want to give your dog anything you have not first checked for the EFF. Especially if you do not know what dose should be given, you would not give a new pill to a child with no idea how much you should give first. Even if it was just a daily vitamin. Ask the vet's advice before giving your dog anything other then food and water!

It is a question of your veterinarian. He / she is the only "someone", you should be listening when it comes to the health of your pet.

I have an Irish Setter with joint problems and I swear by high strength Vetzyme Flexible Joint supplements - see link below. The Web page advises 0.5 a bite. My Setter weighs a little more around 32 kg and has a shot of all!
