Foods That Don't Cause Heartburn

This may sound crazy, but about 1-2 weeks, I had heartburn. This was not the worst, only the result of much spicy food. So the only thing in the house was Zantac. So I took one and it works wonderfully. So I used the next day and the next. Then he began to believe that if I did not take it I would get a little nasty acid manufactured. As if my stomach is taken for all the acids build than I was for the abolition of the last two days lol So I stopped taking it one day ago and I'm still hot and I do not think his food I eat.

So I guess what im asking is if you take zantac during a certain time has an acid build once you stop taking it? In my body used to it and the defendant grown?
