BRANDS fish oil! How do I know which brands are safe to take and which are not all toxins cointain? Also, I'm lost at what happened with Holland and Barrett oils. They are not safe to take a few years ago because of PCBs, but are they safe again now?
I think EyeQ is supposedly a good brand pure, and is used on young children on the children of our time.
Another solution is to get your Omega 3 seed oil instead
No fish oil is pure if it has undergone molecular distillation. You'll search in vain to find this on any H & B fish oils. As you know, Govt advice is not to eat fish more than twice or thrice a week. This should apply to fish oils that have not been molecularly distilled / purified.
If you want to take Omega 3, try flaxseed oil from a reputable supplier.
I have no idea about the brands of fish oil.
We know hilsha mackerel or fish oil containing omega-3 fatty acids., They help to reduce the density of blood (which have suffered from triglycerides, high cholesterol, etc.).
Telephone Box
Yes, they are, and H & B are a reputable company, they are a good source of supply. They also tend to be much less expensive than many of their competitors, especially if you buy the larger size.
