Emtricitabine Tenofovir

I am HIV + and my dentist didn't gived amoxicillin and I told him about my medication against HIV that is Atripla (efavirenz 600 mg / emtricitabine 200 mg tenofovir disoproxil fumarate [DF] 300 mg) can I take Medicine thses two I'm worried. I was told that there are some medicine that will make my anti-HIV drugs to low in the blood.
