rehab? im on 18 months probation and formal im have to go to rehab outpatient drug program for six months. i cannot afford a lot of money. Does anyone have any resources for me?
You should go talk to your probation officer. Most of these programs are income sensitive. You should take it seriously and not just "bend the rules." Yes, it's a pain in the A ** and as you know if you do not like it, you can serve time. Stay the hell away from the people you used to use with. I am glad that I'm straight now. I do not need constant reminders and conferences. Enough people I hung with are dead or in jail. I want just go the other thing that the meetings and reports mad in.
Call your health department. If your PO does not have good suggestions. Mine was no charge. Good luck.
uh let me see no never
There are usually funded re-habs and a low cost or nothing at all. Enter your state - eg drug rehabilitation Oklahoma State or something like that. Hope this helps. Or we could call a local hospital and they can be useful. I had to do the same thing and it took a while to find one that was affordable. I was not court ordered, but on the suggestion of my attorney. The result of the operation I was, was not good. I would like to join one as soon as possible, be a soldier and get with their program because they will write a report and submit to the judge. And yes, he will take that into consideration. Good luck to you.
Out patient does not mean to inpatients. If you attend class AA is pretty good and put you in touch with people who will help you get in a hospital if that is what you want. You have to want to quit or it doesn't work.
Ask your probation officer .. they are obliged to help you in this .. Look it up in your directory should be a clnic where he is on a sliding scale. success
Social Services should be able to refer to sliding scale outpatient programs or free.
