Cytoxan Dose

I have been on high doses of steroids such as prednisone and solumedrol since September for treating my nephrotic syndrome, and to take every two months Cytoxan (cyclophosphamide) IV treatment for atleast three months. I know that steroids and cyclophosphamide can cause male infertility, temporary and permanent.

What are my chances of getting the whole pregnancy? Low enough?
