Cotinine Saliva Test

I smoked about half pack of cigarettes per day. I stopped for four days and consumed a lot of water with a little exercise. Is this a test of saliva cotinine to show positive after 4 days.

Maybe.

But foods containing nicotine so naturally that the detection, after four days can be positive and suspected of forgery.

Even consumption of tea may cause a false positive in a sensitive test.

The amount of cotinine you have in your saliva from four days was so small that the accuracy of testing can be questioned, rather than the use of nicotine.
