Fructose corn syrup High: Yay? Cons? No Way!? If you? Have been reading about high fructose corn syrup (HFC), you will notice that there are massive amounts of conflicting information about it. You may be wondering: Is it totally awesome for me as the corn refiners' Association (CRA) advertisements tell me? (Uh, little conflict of interest?) Probably not. Is it pure poison that all-natural vegan protesters claim? Mmm? No doubt whatsoever. What surprised me in all this is what WebMD and Time Magazine had to say about it:

So what WebMD and Time Mag say that we should do? The answer is a cliched, but-goodie Oldie? Moderation in all things. This is a little work goes a long way? Calorista steps and where to save the day! There are many foods where it is fairly easy to find a version that has no HFCS, and therefore, reduce where you can.
Grain is a food for which it is easy to find HFCS-free options. Several options are available at your regular grocery store. Kashi is one. If you like the Go Lean cereal, you're all set. I? T so much? but I love their Organic Promise Strawberry Fields and live. If you want to drag to the natural section, try Health Valley? Granola or essential peace 10.
SIDE NOTE: Unfortunately, many of our favorite cereals contain HFCS, like Fiber One? S Honey Clusters (in fact, almost all cereal fiber), most of Kellogg's All Bran and Special K cereal.
Thomas English Muffins? These guys have recently reduced their HFCS 120 calories Double Fiber Honey Wheat version and light version of their 100 calories. Since the English muffin is super mega awesome, it's obviously great news. Good job, Thomas!
Nature? S Own Organic Bread Flour: A AMAZING regular grocery store bread HFCS is not nature? S Own Organic Bread Flour - 100 calories (for a thick slice), and super delicious wild and crazy, too. This is the bread that I buy now. Cakes and Muffins Vitalicious: This is a tougher one? muffins and cakes most snacks have HFCS. However, Vitalicious VitaCakes 100 calories are not, which is pretty great because they are tasty and healthy MEGA.
NEW Kellogg's cereal bars: These 130 new granola bars are calorie divine HFCS free with 9 grams of fiber, antioxidants, cholesterol free and low in sodium. Dark chocolate almond chocolate flavor, rich, almond and work towards them. Again, fiber granola bars One have HFCS, so that these bars are Kellogg another great option if you want fiber, no bars HFCS.
Arnold Sandwich Thins: thin rolls are so IN! These 100 new inventions are thin black enough calories, they are sweet bread, some tasty bread, part English muffin. This multi-grain flavor is stuffed with oats and seeds and super tasty. Do not talk does not corn syrup, high fructose corn (HFCS), no cholesterol, low in fat and high in fiber and protein.
