How many times a week do I need supplements for a gallon reef tank 12 years? I calcium, magnesium and strontium. Do I have to provide two times per week, or every week jusst? Plus my usual torch reefs out, turned from tan to white / thin, advice?

You need high-quality lighting and excellent water for them. Some people think that small tanks are much easier to maintain, but are actually much more difficult since changes in water quality rapidly.
