Cluster Headaches Causes

Posted on February 22, 2010.
Cluster Headaches CausesWhat can I do or take in my cluster headaches make me have a panic attack?

The worst thing is the panic I do not lose control & id be willing to do something to stop the panic. However, I would prefer natural remedies on the cons

I know the feeling. I do not really have panic attacks, but so if I'm in a long cycle, especially before I treat him, or if my meds arent working for a few weeks I am pretty thin.

During the attack itself, I am ready to do anything to get through it, and do not know how I can ever do. Then the next night, I do not sleep long enough and after that, it gets a bit panicy. If I was prone to panic attacks, I would see how this could be a huge problem.

The two things that come to mind for me are simply control every aspect of the situation as individual problems that have solutions. The headaches, and panic attack.

Getting through the fast cluster and / or reduce the severity of it will help. Understand that this is not an underlying disease causing the headache, and, as he feels, that alone will not hurt you in any way can help calm you have attack. Knowing also that it will pass as quickly as it came on can help. I try to view this pic before slowing getting better and then wash off my head together. Try to take caffiene, move, breathe deeply ... If you have access to oxygen ... Use it! He calms down and you kill the pain very quickly. If you have access to medicines for headaches, take them. The problem with caffiene would make you panic more, however, and nonprescription analgesics, if nothing is done to avoid them completely.

As for the panic attack ... take deep, long breath. Drink water ... try to occupy yourself and distract the attention in the process. Perhaps a blind repetitive task that you use your hands and your mind need not think, but goes on / off on / off for everything you do, like putting something together, taking it apart, and repeat .. . something simple.

The last suggestion is to talk to a doctor. Even without insurance, go see a doctor at a free clinic and explaining can help. A perscription for oxygen can be a great remedy for you. It's not too expensive, it is natural, and it helps people with CHS much, and can help to avoid causing a PA. There are other non-natural medications that can help you too much for CH as Imitrex, verapamil, and more intense things like lithium. I'm sure similar things exist for the Palestinian Authority and ... to find a balance of what contributes to the lowest amount of side effects, and balance to help you vs. taking no more unnatural substance that you need is a key factor, but you must work with your doctor about this.

Finally ... keep a diary combo log /. Each day, write down everything you eat ... each drink, a piece of food, medicines, cigarettes, cigars, drugs, everything. Keep track of when you fall asleep, and wake up at night, naps, everything. Record your headaches when to start and when they finish and how they were bad ... and details of how they arrived and departed. Do the same for panic attacks. This will be theraputic as well as providing a way to your table where CHS is hit with a pattern, and when they are triggered by external sources outside of this cycle, as well as potential triggers that show why they are sometimes really bad and why other times not so bad. It can also show when it causes an AP report out of this when it does not work. It can also help isolate the best tactic for medical treatment options /.

your blood pressure checked hypertension can sometimes cause this problem.
