Clear Sinus

I'm sure I have a sinus infection and I am prone to ear infections (which is a little weird for an adult) and I do not want to go to the doctor for antibiotics. What these things are clear for themselves one day? I've been getting a sinus rinse daily 2xs hope this will clarify.
