1 cup butter or margarine
12-oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 / 2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 / 4 c. garlic powder
1 / 4 c. paprika
1 / 2 c. seasoned salt
1 loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
All ingredients at room temperature. Combine butter or margarine, cheese, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Place the bread into the flesh with the cut side down. Sauted until lightly browned. Remove from grill, turn, and spread the cheese mixture on cut side. Back to the meat and grill until brown. Watch carefully as the cheese BURN. You just want the cheese mixture to become frothy. Remove from grill and cut into slices to serve.
