What is the best protein powder for weight lifting beginners? Started working for nearly half a year ago and want to get bigger and maintain more definition in my muscles. Tried some mixing protein powder, but do not know exactly what is best for me in my workout routine. I'm 160 pounds. "5'8, slender. Should I buy CNG? Thank you for all the suggestions.
NO CNG, they are much more expensive. I would recommend EAS protein and if you have a Costco or Sams Club where you live, you can get a bag of 5 or 6 pounds for like $ 30. Its low-carb, low sugar and a good whey protein.
My recommendation is to take about 30 minutes before training, immediately after training and before going to bed. Get the chocolate is delicious!, Mix with water and ice in a shaker and your done.
I recommend expensive CNG need formatting, but you can find good deals do go online to CNG they will try to push the brand CNG low quality. Need formatting is very rich in quality protein and no lactose, the taste is ok, but the taste should not be that big a deal. it bloat you like the most expensive carbohydrate and protein calories will be. Well good luck and be careful when working to always use a spotter (this will help you gain size and strength Quik any protein there)
