Best food to reduce acid reflux? I have a terrible time with Acid Reflux. I also want to lose weight. What are some filling foods that are healthy and good for Acid Reflux?
All calcium-rich drinks, milk, soy milk, rice, all good.
I do not know if this would be the same thing, but my friend is when she eats eggs ... maybe stay away from eggs?
My husband had acid reflux for years. We went on one of the low-carbohydrate diets for losing weight and began to have less problems with acid reflux in two weeks. It was a surprise that we did not foresee that happening. We ate extremely well and, with the abandonment of books, my husband did not need medication, not more.
