Much love Indian culture and would like to know more about this thing Ayurveda. What's this???? and What should I do????

It is an ancient system of medicine, Ayurveda treats the diesese not the person, so it works well if you want more details, it is available with me

Ayurveda (Devanagari: आयुर्वेद) or Ayurvedic medicine is an ancient system of health care that is native to the Indian subcontinent. It is currently used daily by millions of people in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and indirectly through being the major influence on Unani, Chinese and Tibetan medicine. The word "Ayurveda" is a compound word of tatpurusha Ayus meaning "life" or life principle ", and the word veda, which refers to a system of" knowledge ". Thus "Ayurveda" roughly translates as knowledge of life ". According to Charaka Samhita, "life" itself is defined as a combination "of the body, the sense organs, mind and soul, the factor responsible for preventing decay and death, which supports the body over time, and guides the process of rebirth "after this perspective, Ayurveda is concerned by the measures of protection" Ayus "which includes a healthy lifestyle and therapeutic measures that relate to physical, mental, social harmony and spiritual. Ayurveda is also one of the few traditional systems of medicine to contain a sophisticated system of surgery (which is called "salivary Chikitsa").
