I want to grow up and be a doctor for people with Alzheimer's disease.
What kind of doctor is he?

I do not think there is a special permit for that.

probably a neurologist

They are called gerentologists. They treat / study of the elderly population. Others who treat patients with AD are psychiatrists.

The best way to treat Alzheimer's disease is a neurologist and a neuropsychiatrist
