Allergy Translation Cards

I need to find a good map of the medical translation company for my daughters allergies to peanuts, we're going to Turkey in May, I found 2 in the UK, but they are not exactly what I wrote about them.
Does anyone know of any?

If you type in Turkish translators there are many sites listed, but I do not know the costs (even if for the sake of your daughter, I do not think it's an exam), and I could not be choose for you.
