Allergy Medicine

Are you supposed to eat when you take drugs against allergies? I take Claritin at about 7:00 every morning, usually on an empty stomach ... when I'm supposed to eat something? And also do not recommend other drugs against allergy Claritin does not really work because the job well ..

The only allergy pill that works for me is Zyrtec. I have to take it at night because it makes me tired which is great because I needed help sleeping. I eat dinner around 7 and take the pill at 20 hours. I go to bed around 9:30 pm. It helps allergies indoor and outdoor. It helps that my allergy grass where claritan was like a sugar pill and I had to take Benadryl with Allegra if someone mowing.

Allegra (fexofenadine) is the best drug allergy. I was on most of them and either has bad side effects or no relief and help as Allegra, without side effects. Unless the box says different, it will not matter if you take your medications with or without food. Note that some people report vivid dreams / nightmares if the allergy medication before bedtime.
