Acupressure for Migraine? One of my psychotropic (depression) drugs has fallen sharply and I have a headache non-stop that I had for several days.
Does anyone know of acupressure treatment for migraine? TKM I tried and it did not work.
Debbie
I have not had acupressure, but I had acupuncture and I can tell you that I have not had a migraine for 3 months! Believe me, the prick of the needle acupuncture compared to tickle a headache!
I do not know of a specific method of acupressure beyond the tips of your fingers up to every temple, shutting his eyes, breathe deeply (abdominal breathing) and applying firm pressure for several minutes. Finish by making a circular "design" on the temples, head, face, jaw and neck.
Try changing your diet for the next few too. Avoid red wine, dark chocolate, tea, coffee and cola drinks. This might help you feel better.
I hope you feel much better very soon.
